Serial PCI Cards: Unable to change I/O Address

Problem:

"I cannot change the I/O address to 0278 - 03F8 on Windows NT 4."


Solution: none

The Product does not support port remapping. Port remapping is needed on Windows NT 4 to use the legacy ISA I/O addresses. Windows 9x, 2000 and XP support port remapping internally.
